This place was clean and ideal, with amazingly kind staff on the 2nd shift, and in a marvelous location next to Washington attractions.

Friendly staff, and best of all, kitchens in the suites! Especially great if you've been travelling for a while and are craving home cooking. Room prices end up being great value if you're cooking for yourself and are travelling with friends/family. The Metro is only 10 minutes away, not a big deal if you don't mind walking. Very convenient for Arlington memorials.

The rooms are big and well furnished. The hotel is near a metro station which is close to Washington DC's center and there are also things to visit nearby.
There is a highway near the hotel and there are also planes taking off from a nearby airport so it's quite noisy.

Incredibly kind and accommodating staff on the 2nd shift. Nice building with spotless rooms and comfy beds. - Great location close to Arlington Cemetery and the National Mall. - Next to the Iwo Jima Memorial.

The staff were the most pleasant I have encountered in a long time. Neill is exceptional to his handling of the Clients, well done!!
Follow-ups need to be done with regards to every day general cleaning of the rooms, from my observation my room was not cleaned every day although the bed was re-made.

The check-in process was friendly, they allowed a late check-out, and there is a great pool area; this place has an amazing location just a short 4-6 minute walk from the Iwo Jima Memorial.

It's nice if it's a spot for you to bring you girlfriend or boyfriend or spouse for a weekend and you plan to stay in or you're on business or a family and want that true home away from home experience you'll get it there and this hotel has the best breakfast you've ever seen.
Carpet was kinda almost slippery from time to time, cupboards and some drawers needed cleaning, they only service the room like cleaning it, the shower etc every other day unless you call them and you have to call them for new towels and housekeeping when they do service do it at random times like either 11am or 3pm and they will knock only about once before they come in. Also hard for friends to find. Depending on what they were coming for i'd recommend to others.

The room was super clean with both a shower and a tub, which was a nice bonus for relaxation 🛁. The staff at check-in were really friendly and there was convenient on-site parking available. A major highlight was the awesome pool where you could unwind. Plus, the location couldn't be beat - right next to the Iwo Jima Memorial!

Room service sometimes came very early in the morning and sometimes didn't come at all.

The best deal - really! The Metro (train) was super easy to visit DC and the hotel bus drove us right to the local station.
A little outdated and the service was super slow (you have to call to ask for plates, cups, etc for the kitchen - it took > 1 hour for them to bring up 2 water glasses the first time, then they forgot to bring 2 plates the second time).

The wake-up service in my queen studio was a nice bonus. Having bathtubs in the rooms was a plus for me. The location was really handy and convenient, being next door to the Iwo Jima Memorial and Arlington Cemetery, both within walking distance. Grocery stores, the metro, as well as Arlington and D, were all easily accessible. The view from the hotel was spectacular.

Shuttle bus service was good, but only 7:30-9:30 and 4:30-7:30.It is convenient walking distance to Metro station and Georgetown. Safeway shuttle bus service was good as well. The room was big enough with full kitchen. You should ask dishes, cups and pans if you want to cook. You can use pc with wireless internet in a lobby at anytime. I do not need gring my pc with.
Room 621`s bath room had a problem. The faucet has dripping water. The door chain was broken.

The staff was very helpful. All our questions were answered with a high degree of accuracy. The room/suite was nice, a little dated but very workable. No doubt we will stay here again and would point friends/family in the direction of this hotel.
The bathroom did not have enough room to hang 3 bath towels...not a problem as we just hung one over a back of a chair in another room. The biggest issue was that we could hear, with very little effort, the room next to us through the bathroom vent? It was like the 2 rooms shared a hole in the wall for a vent. Also, the elec. Outlets were very worn out. We would plug chargers and they would fall out of many of the out lets. Some were ok.
